Hypocrites seem to be running rampant in this world. People who don't practice what they preach. It is surprising how many women have things that they will say to the guy that they are with and yet they don't believe they have to abide by the same rules. This can range from them getting pissed off when he cancels at the last minute or is late or whatever. One of the biggest one seems to be that he cannot have any female friends and yet she is allowed to have as many male friends as she wants. Awfully nice double standard there. I guess from the female point of view she sees that the "guys" that she hangs around with are like her brothers and that she can be flirty with them or whatever and nothing is going to come of it.
Of course the being friends with a member of the opposite sex seems to only hold true for her and that if you want to be with her then you have to abandon any females friends that you may have and if you don't then every interaction you have with them is going to be questioned like you are a suspect in a murder case. She expects you to only be friends with her friends. So you get the joy of going out with her and her "guy" friends and watching them fawn all over her and check her out and grope her on the dance floor/at the bar and make inappropriate comments/jokes while she just says the whole time that it is just in fun and that they mean nothing by it.
Yes......double standards are a total load. You have to be able to trust the person that you are with that they are going to do the right thing and if you don't feel you can trust them, you need to just leave.
